Have you experienced cabbage that just won’t give up liquid for fermentation? Whether you are new to food preservation or canning, or have experienced a “calamity”, come join us. Put on your Sherlock Holmes gear and analyze what caused the calamity. Let’s explore ways to prevent them and rectify (if possible) when they occur.
